[Noisebridge-discuss] question about bunch of 4 foot fluorescent lamps

    in the Turing classroom, to the left of the 
whiteboard (as one faces it), is a stack of bad 
eight foot fluorescent lamps. a couple or so 
weeks ago an additional bundle of 4 foot lamps 
joined the pack. 
    please let me know if the 4 foot lamps are 
bad or good or possibly mixed and need testing. 
    if you can, of course.
