[Noisebridge-discuss] circuit hacking equipment funds jar - something that might work

In the past when money has been needed for a specific item or event,
people usually take it upon themselves to buy things or give money to
someone who will buy them. The reason we aren't implementing directed
donations now is that it would add to the work duties of the treasurer
and co (nonprofits have certain accounting rules that they must follow
for this). Also, it would be a bit confusing and cluttered to have a
dozen or so different donation jars for different purposes.
