There is also one happening in a couple of weeks called the Conference 
for Creative Entrepreneurs which is basically about crafting/making and 
running your own small business.  My sister is one of the organizers...

It's happening Aug. 5-7th in the SF Women's Building. Here's the list of 
speakers & discussions:


So it's not Etsy-specific but still might be useful.
