[Noisebridge-discuss] challenges of radical inclusion, and how to hack it (if it needs it)

Just FYI, I stuck this as a topic of discussion for this Tuesday's
meeting. There's a risk that we'll just splurge all over the shop
talking about this, I also suggested a structure for the discussion:

* list people's ideas of problems and benefits of current state
* is inclusivity really the problem?
* definition of how inclusive noisebridge should/can be
* proposed solutions to fix problems, preserve benefits

I am acutely aware that this feels like one of those fake social
worker/school principal framings. "Today we're going to talk about the
dangers of uncelibacy, mmkay?", so anyone should edit this away if
they it's the case.

It might be better to concentrate on a genuine concrete problem, which
is stuff getting nicked. I notice noone has actually reported anything
missing on https://www.noisebridge.net/wiki/MissingStuff so maybe it's
not actually a problem. Tell people if they have had something go, to
report it there!
