[Noisebridge-discuss] Consensus item for next week - Member- & Guest- Only Hours

How big of an impact would this new rule have? How many non-members
make use of the space after midnight when there aren't members around?
(And how many non-members are just hanging out during that time?) My
impression from being at the space late at night/in the morning in the
past few weeks was that the former not only outnumber the later but
heavily outnumber them. There is a cost to having this rule, but I
think it is outweighed by the benefit. But if my impression is
actually wrong, then I'd withdraw this consensus item myself.

How about we also hold off enforcing this rule for the first couple of
months after it is approved, to give time for nonmembers to become
members?

Or how about instead of just members and their guests, we also allow
people who are completely new to the space to be there late at night
for their first month? This kind of makes the rule more complicated,
but how can we simplify it?
