I suggest simply breaking any broken dishes left in the sink; this will
solve the dirty dish problem and have the added benefit of relieving stress.
Also, I believe that when you said "a smaller bucket for composting ... can
periodically emptied into
the main compost bin" you actually meant "a smaller bucket for composting
... SHOULD RELIGIOUSLY BE emptied into the main compost bin." Please don't
nobody forget that we have an ongoing rat problem.
