This is the truth. At some point, it quickly becomes a lot cheaper to
get a rack and transit from a bargain colo/ISP shop here in the Bay
Area.

Last I checked, 48U racks at HE in Fremont were only like $1000/month
with transit included. You get what you pay for though.
