This is a strange one. There aren't any links in there, so I really can't
see the point of a spambot. Then again, Dr. Cynthia Lee's presence on the
internet is pretty negligible, unless this person is merely representing the
physician in question.

However, it does sound like there are serious language barriers to overcome.
That's not that far out of the ordinary for someone with an Asian name. I
wouldn't be surprised if this is more a translation-type gig than a
technical one.
