I am a Schemer and I am interested.  I have an open-source/shareware
Scheme interpreter for the Mac out (Wraith Scheme), and also a Scheme
interpreter in the App store for the iPad (Pixie Scheme III).  (It also
is open source.)  I think I can make the starter meeting, please keep
posting about whether it is going to happen.
