While you're clacking out these exegeses on "Hacking" and "Making" ...don't forget the delicious union of "Macking" (...which is what I do). I admire the ethic of "Hacking" as 'splained in the book _Hackers_, but lacking the technical know-how, the closest I can come to Hackerhoodmanship is to be artful and creative in all my Maker projects, while striving to get close enough to lick actual "Hackers" ...thus making me a Macker. HEY BABY, HOW /YOU/ DOIN'? Hacking is to Life as Love is to Life, ergot (in the fields of rye), by the Property of Transvestivity: Hacking is Love.
