[Noisebridge-discuss] anyone interested in a javascript study group?

Even though I have "programmed in JavaScript" for years, I'm incredibly crap at it. I usually do backend work and let my co-workers do front end JavaScript. I really like Crockford's "the good parts" (book and video -- videos available online)...

But, I've never just marched into it... I don't remember the difference between a two equal sign and three equal sign, for example.

My interest to study with you is high, but I end up bouncing around groups at noisebridge depending upon my immediate needs or whims. I, for example, worked with the ML group as they went through the Stanford ML videos -- but I barely made it through the first week.

So, I have interest, but will probably flake if it's not immediately applicable to what I'm doing at work.

Cheers,

Glen
