Hey Rose (et al.),

I'm moving! Which means the my current room needs a new occupant asap.
It is a spacious warehouse room (~15'x9') located extremely close to
Noisebridge (14th & Stevenson). It features free utilities(!),
in-house laundry, huge shared living room & kitchen, great hot water
pressure/supply, small workspace just outside the room, a couple of
easy goin roommates, and rents to the tune of $1050/month. But wait,
there's more! Another room in the warehouse is opening up May 1st,
which is about the same size but with extremely high (12'-ish)
ceilings and a sleeping loft.
