No real electrical requirements...its all about what we want to do. The
only real requirement is that we have to clean it daily, and be able to
clean underneath it. There are also requirements for railings and bump
guards so cars don't bulldoze the park sitters. The rest of the
requirements are actually in the application:

Personally, I think Miloh would be a totally excellent leader for this!
