[Noisebridge-discuss] [Build] Wall idea for classroom

The East wall could use a reorganization, the racks could go and some
shelves built up to the bottoms of the windowsill.

Additionally there's nothing really stopping people from proactively
contacting folks who have occupied the user/member shelves and
re-appropriating them with the proper response (or blatantly obvious
extended lack there of).

Noisebridge has plenty of storage, the problem is having too much cruft
that's not organized properly. We do have a severe lack of places to
teach and conduct classes/gatherings.
