Ok after thinking about Ron's response I will admit that the latest design
is usually less efficient than if you are able to obtain a high efficiency
revision of the previous one. But the power supply is at least as
important. And there would be a high efficiency i7 as is being currently
used in laptops (although @ lower clock speeds = a cheat really).
