to give you a better idea about the dimensions, the engine
stand<http://www.harborfreight.com/media/catalog/product/cache/1/image/370x/9df78eab33525d08d6e5fb8d27136e95/i/m/image_17670.jpg>
is 31"
x 35-1/4" x 35" and on wheels, so it can easily be rolled around. the stand
alone weighs 48.90 lbs. i would get a one of those rubber/plastic storage
bins to hold all my parts/tools which could be tucked away under the engine
on the stand when not in use.

if there is not enough room, it's not a big deal. i do have the option of
doing to rebuild at a machine shop in santa cruz where the rest of my bike
is being built. but noisebridge is closer, cooler, and more appropriate for
the arduino/android half. plus, i won't have to drive to santa cruz every
whenever i want to work on it.

if now isn't the best time, i can always do the rebuild in santa cruz, and
after the rebuild is complete then bring it to noisebridge to do the
arduino/android stuff. i'm ordering a six speed transmission and dry clutch
from england that won't be manufactured until january anyway. i just wanted
to get the ball rolling while the fire is still hot...
