One of the first was in front of the Mojo, on Divisidero.

Yes, I'd be... interested in seeing this happen just to watch the
discussion here on how to deal with it turning into a homeless camp.
Parklets tend to be businesses with a staff to deal with the public,
e.g. the fellow at the coffee place at the 4th & King Caltrain, who I
just saw casually holding an aluminum baseball bat while shooing
someone away.
