Hey There!

this is Elias writing. I´m a communication designer based in Berlin
and visiting places around the world, which are related to the future
of work. Therefore I was for months around in Europe and beeing now in
the states. Exactly in Palo Alto.

I´m on an international learning journey on how to establish a culture
that embraces change: Visiting from global corporates innovation
units, Design Agencies to intenional communities and educational
Institutions. I´m also Trainer on Design Thinking Process and leader
of a Google think tank on new ways of working in Berlin/Germany.

For my current project, I´m in the Bay area and want to understand the
creative culture in diverse organizations – looking for interesting
people, places and projects who are dealing with the future:
creativity, innovation, intercultural work, the future of work,
communities, coworking spaces, schools, and platforms.

I really would love to learn more about your approach and visit your
LAB for an interview. What about a spontaneous meeting this week?

Looking forward to hear from you,
Best,
Elias

"The desk is a dangerous place from which to view the world"
In the early Centuries of the last millennium, journeys where not
meant to just overcome the distance from A to B. Journeys where meant
to learn about knowledge which was typical for an area, like
traditional craftsmanship; to deepen relationships; or to deliver
information. The young aristocrats where sent out into the world, to
understand and learn about other cultures, changes in the world or
what they want to influence.
Our educational System trains most of us to getting work done behind a
desk. We lost or even never had a connection about how our decisions
influence bigger systems. It is difficult for us to understand the
true significance and impact of what we do and who it all affects. It
means also, we have just a very little understanding what on our
planet really happens.
A learning journey is about creating the conditions for honest
conversation across boarders.
