Y'all know the drill, sadly.
tl;dr of the bill per the cnet article (I wasn't able to download the
original source; anyone have a better official link?):
* President can order ISPs etc to do *anything* (say, shut down the
'net, hand over your data, whatever they feel like).
* Gov't department can decide what tech companies can/can't use.
* Tech companies mandated to share info w/ gov't.
* Tech companies immune from liability for damages for security fuckups.
