***Please forward***

The Holdout is looking for collectives, organizations and/or individuals
to rent office/multi-use space within our location at 2313 San Pablo Ave
in West Oakland. There are 2 offices available right now.

The LARGE OFFICE is approximately 16ft x 12 ft with 2 windows, and
enclosed. Rent Approx $300-350.

The SMALL OFFICE is approximately 12 ft x 9 ft with 1 window and 8 ft
walls but not enclosed on top, open air. Rent Approx $200-250.

Both offices are on the street level, built within the Holdout and
wheelchair accessible. Rent amount includes utilities (electricity, water,
trash, internet, land line) and all other site costs (liability insurance,
accounting, maintenance, janitorial). Renters will have access to all the
amenities of the Holdout, including kitchenette, meeting areas, garden,
and restrooms. Offices can be locked by renters, other collective members
will not have keys.

Renters will have the option of joining the spokescouncil and receiving a
portion of Holdout donations, or remaining separate from the organizing
body of other collectives in the space.

Let us know your vision and we’ll work with you to see if we can make it a
fit with the Holdout!
