Hey,

No specific protocol for small meetings like you mentioned.

You're always welcome to visit the space, and small meetings are no problem
if you can find adequate space. We're open 24 hours a day, just buzz and 
someone will let you in.

If you plan to hold a larger event, it is best to either attend a meeting or email
the list with a rough estimate of the details.

Donations are always much appreciated, you can also get a T-shirt for a donation.
