[Noisebridge-discuss] tektronix 465B oscilloscope donation

A Tektronix 465B oscilloscope has been donated to noisebridge.

The donor has also loaned us the service manual, which is a couple inches 
thick and contains lots of simple tests and diagnostic procedures.

The scope doesn't work right.  It needs to be repaired.

If it worked right, it would be the best scope in the house.  It is a 
100MHz scope with two channels and lots of var holdoffs and stuff.

If you have the chops to work on it, let me know and i'll tell you where 
it's hiding.
