[Noisebridge-discuss] Noisebridge-announce not sending mail?

Any update on this? There's got to be some reason why it's selectively
dropping people. Maybe people who joined after a certain amount? A
timeout after sending too many mails? Is there a limit to the amount
of people that can be subscribed to a list?
