Generally a three track magstripe reader/writer should be able to copy most
magstripe cards.  I don't know if there's one around the space, nor do I
know if there's software / a computer around that easily works with one
that might be in the space.  I have one in my lab, but the chipset
compatibility has been more frustrating than it was supposed to be and I
haven't gotten around to reverse engineering the protocol and implementing
support for it in the main software package people use for these types of
things.

But it's probably doable if you run into someone who has the equipment
setup to do these.  They generally tend to be fairly trivial, since most of
them are fairly standard for cost reasons and there's not a huge lot of
security in a magnetic pattern in the abstract.
