[Noisebridge-discuss] A modest proposal.

That's certainly more fair, especially for hackers like me who while
away the early morning hours either arriving from a late flight, or
waiting to take one.  I like being able to keep busy until the last
minute, or having a safe place to have a cup of tea and catch up on my
email and coding.
