Thanks for this info, Ray.

I guess with such a timer and a 110V-controlled relay you wouldn't really
need the Arduino at all.  Just wire the output end of the relay right in to
the buzzer circuit.  The off-the-shelf timer would present a nice user
interface if anyone wanted to adjust the buzzer's operating hours.
