[Noisebridge-discuss] Trash is Not Negotiation

I'm hearing a lot of "this was in the wrong place" or "I don't like this" or "I don't know what this is for" and so I'm going to do-ocratically Throw It Out.

That's not strategy. People aren't learning to be neater; they're learning that Noisebridge is an unsafe place to work because your stuff might be tossed out/stolen.

What can we do instead? Put stickers on things saying "Is this trash?", accompanied by a Noisebridge post? Put things with date tags in a place of "claim this within a month or it's gone"?
