How many geeks would we scare away if they knew that they would be constantly watched on webcam while at Noisebridge?

Z-points for the right to sleep at Noisebridge are a horrible idea. We've determined that sleeping people hurt the energy, inhibit the ability of everybody else to work. There should be no system of "I am so cool that I don't have to be excellent to you."

If people who work hard at Noisebridge have a  serious problem finding anywhere else to sleep, that's a problem we should look at and make suggestions for. But our workspace is not a bedroom.

I like the idea of Z-points without a reward system, just as an arbitrary bragging point. I washed all dishes again, getting me to level 2!
