Focus Taylor, focus!

I know that the thought of thousands of volts coursing through wires
is .. stimulating .. but this is a worthwhile discussion to not derail
too fast.

Outside of the cost of an AED (and there are ways around that), are
there any reasons not to have one at NB?   Is there any Liability to
having one?  I know that the one we have at work required everyone to
get a short training course on it's use.
