There's also stuff like Stripe (https://stripe.com/) that we could embed on
a page under noisebridge.net.

They're a 3rd party that you can have forms POST stuff towards to handle
billing. They're merchant rate is the same as Paypal today (2.9% + 30
cents).

Square has slightly better pricing, but requires the payer be present
(without resorting to some funny business and speaking their API through
other means than their app)
