[Noisebridge-discuss] Does NB have a laser cutter?

If yes, what brand or make is it?
If yes does it work?
If yes can anyone use it?
If yes is there anyone that has experience on it willing to help someone 
out to get started how to use it?

I've only been to NB a few times so far, I want to try to make some 
surface mount stencils for solder paste.

If no, does anyone know anyone in the Bay Area that can make cheap 
solder paste stencils?
