I think what you're saying here is basically, if the donated material
also came with a dedicated crack team of librarians ready to turn
Noisebridge's library into a functional searchable index of books, and
continues to maintain that, then this would be a great donation.

To me a pile of books without any sort of organization or
search-ability is about one step higher than a pile of burning books.
I would recommend against more donations of printed publications until
the library makes some sense again.
