Hey all,

I've spoken with a couple of you (Tom & Miloh), whom thought this would be a good idea. Hence the initiative.
Not yet reached the min 5 people, so if you do have an interest in mediation then let me know.

You get
	- Individual & Group Conflict resolution tools & techniques
	- Basic Training in nonviolent communication and violence de-escalation
	- An intro to negotiation techniques, strategies and the conflict life-cycle (this is also good for business by the way)

..The course will be free (of course), hands-on, drawing from everyday cases, and last 2-3 hours depending on how many we are.

At the end of the course I can also point you towards further materials I have from the UN Disaster Management Training Programme, The Nonviolent Peaceforce (Brussels), HumanDHS, Norwegian Peace Alliance, etc.

Hack all the things,

Espen

I've also grown up in a family heavily involved in peace and reconciliation work in Azerbadjan, Uzbekistan and Palestine.
