    How to check the email address? it's the stuff in between 
the angle brackets (for example

    I occasionally get email from Cindy or Sandra telling me 
they like my profile and want to meet (I have no profiles); 
the stuff in the angle brackets is usually something like 
<frank.nitty at junk.tv> or <U3rcksl at hottiesRus.com.xy> 
    (It's easy for people with some experience to spoof 
email ids in the angle brackets, but they're usually busy 
with more lucrative crimes.)
