[Noisebridge-discuss] [hackerspaces] Noisebridge at ToorCamp 2012

I'll be at both events as well as Defcon. I'm a little unclear as to what "foodhacking" is, but if it has anything to do with cooking I'm interested.

I'm a little curious as to who's headed to Toorcamp. Black Lodge should have a significant presence there since it's relatively local. For folks flying in, you should be aware that it's a pretty decent drive from Seattle - 160 Miles/257 KM (and there's very little in between). We're starting to do a little bit of planning right now. If you have transportation needs or have questions about climate and gear, give a shout. I'm not making promises that we can provide a ride, but we may be able to assist.

Hi to all,
I'm coming to both HOPE and ToorCamp. Anyone interested in food hacking&brewing please get in touch, I think that this is going to be a great fun!

I'll be sending an "opening letter" within next few days, planing to do it under Food Hacking Base logo again in a close cooperation with Nick Farr and Hackers on a Plane.

I'm looking forward to see you all there!

Hey Folks,

I was contacted by Hakari, the organizer of ToorCamp, asking if Noisebridge is going to have a presence. I told him I'd ask around and see what's up.

I know that me and Miloh have tickets, and some of you may also.

Are we up for getting a Noise thing together?

I'm still not totally sure I'm going, since ToorCamp is at the end of about 2 months of travel for me, and getting to it may put me over the edge. But, if we have something cool to put together, that may be enough to get me there (for what that's worth).

If I go, I'd (of course) love to bring lots of soldering irons and kits for people to make. And, for that we'd need lots of AC power strips, tables, chairs, and someone(s) to bring soldering irons, wire cutters, solder, and kits from Noisebridge (since I'd be flying from the Midwest).

Anyone else wanna go to ToorCamp and have some cool ideas for a Noise thing?

Best,

Mitch.
