[Noisebridge-discuss] Who's In Charge of Noisebridge?

from what i understand checks are made out in the name of noisebridge the
organization. there are a few 'official' positions that the group maintains
to sustains it's 501c3 status but that's about it. major decisions
concerning the space are made at weekly meetings and are put up for a
consensus vote (meaning everyone has to agree. if one person doesn't the
motion can't pass) by due-paying members.
