If the unreasonable actions of a hacker make other hackers feel uncomfortable or unsafe, then IMHO the unreasonable person should be asked to be reasonable or to leave. 

I know this is full of fuzzy judgement calls, but being a hacker should not give you license to harm the space. Making people unhappy to visit NB by doing unreasonable things is harmful.
