not yet there arent, not to my knowledge anyways. There is some question
whether there is any benefit to doing so. even though the public tends to
widely believe that GENES=BOOKOFLIFE, the issue is decidedly more complex.
outside of a handful of serious diseases you would probably be presenting
with anyway, there is little there to help with diagnoses.

furthermore, there is an issue of data exclusivity. 23andme and other
corporate entities like it build databases in order to do with genetic data
what facebook does with social data.

IIRC, there was a presenter at the most recent CCC who was trying to build
a public library of genetic data, anonymized to the extent that is
possible. i dont have a link for you but im sure you can look it up.

a full genome sequencing at this point would cost you about $15k, i think?
others feel free to corret me if im wrong. but there are some new
technologies (ion torrent, and one other whose name im forgetting) who
could bring that number down substantially.

but then what are you going to DO with it? primary care physicians are not
set up to deal with interpretation of that kind of data, and even the best
guesses by medical geneticists are just that guesses. gene expression is
also SUBSTANTIALLY affected by environment.
