I noticed on my friend's hospital wristband a 1/2" small
square barcode (that the nurses are always scanning) so
I snapped it with my phone's barcode reader and it gave
the following url, which I've split onto separate lines:
http://www.id2att.com/service?
&cont=AC318116146790
&uuid=07e4e85f-591b-4536-baa8-affdbb929981
&format=dm
&type=note
&os=android
&osvers=2.3.3
&brand=cingular_us
&model=ace
&version=3.0.2
&build=121
&size=480x800
&country=us
&locale=en_US
¤cy=usd
&cell=3910867
&lac=56970
&gen=
&zipcode=
&age=
&flavor=attcodescanner
&la=37.63058856666667
&lo =-122.09497033333334
&address=27400+Hesperian+Blvd%2C+Hayward%2C+CA+94545%2C+USA
&signature=c3a7d8c45e5fb9f21ca571c1e1b859...
It seems that most of it is properties of my Android phone.
If you want to see where it takes you, my shortcut
http://tinyurl.com/hospitalbarcode
takes you to a page that simply displays the first, cont=XXX, entry. -Bill
