Once a bill is verified by the bill validator and a selection is made
(donation vs buy btc), you could print all the necessary info on the
receipt for the buyer to redeem later via a web interface ala easywallet's
coupons, via mtgox or another common platform.

 The price could be fixed to mtgox + 2% to noisebridge or something...
considering how the value is going up, it could be good for noisebridge and
noisebridgers alike to invest small amounts of money, especially
considering the value is up 25% from the beginning of the
month<http://blockchain.info/charts/market-price?timespan=30days&showDataPoints=false&daysAverageString=1&show_header=true&scale=0&address=>.
