[Noisebridge-discuss] Why not just disable the buzzer?

We need to work to get people out of the space that are causing issues,
rather than keeping new people from coming in.

Still no one has figured out who is a thief etc. The people causing issues
are already inside. It's more effective to talk to people face to face,
then create a fortress.
