Keep in mind that this washing machine has flooded the 2nd story twice.
(that i know of)

When it was brought in in the first place, there were a lot of people in 
opposition to it and so the people in favor of it decided to 
do-ocratically bring it in anyway.  There was no meeting about it.

If you want to keep it in the space I suggest making 100% sure it will not 
flood the 2nd story tenants (or the 1st floor) again, because if it does, 
people will be very justified in do-ocratically removing the equipment 
from the space.  jusy sayin.
