[Noisebridge-discuss] Noisebridge bookclub -in- progress

If I remember correctly, the first book was Coding
Freedom<http://codingfreedom.com/index.html>,
by Gabriella Coleman. I like the idea of talking about other books we're
reading, to keep things interesting. For instance, I just finished *The
Thousand Autumns of Jacob de Zoet*, and I'm starting on *2666* by Roberto
Bolaño.

As for the name of the club, I generally like names that sound way more
sinister and portentous than necessary (The Noisebridge Conspiracy for the
Manipulation of Global Events?), but it would also be cool to cycle through
alternative names for club. Noisebridge Book Mallet, Noisebridge Book
Cudgel, Noisebridge Book Shillelagh, etc.

Other Book Stuff: I just started visiting
Ourshelves<http://ourshelves.org/>on Valencia Street, and highly
recommend it. Kristina has read nearly
everything there, and can guide you through their carefully curated
library. All of the books there are worth reading.
