[Noisebridge-discuss] Extremely sketchy event w/ bikes just now

He tailgated me going in. He said he had some bikes upstairs and wanted
to work on them. It was initially difficult to tell that he was strung
out. I kept a close eye on him for a while, including confronting him
when it looked like he was going through the bike rack.
