Hi Anders,

I've worked with Bent Lens (http://www.bentlens.com/) before and was very
happy - you can contact Jake Beal (jake at bentlens.com) if you like the
sample videos on their site. I would expect the cost to start at ~$1500 for
a single day shoot + editing / post-production, which seemed to be very
reasonable for a video production house when we looked recently.

I've also used Smart Shoot (http://www.smartshoot.com/) which is basically
a marketplace for freelance photographers and videographers, if you're
looking for someone more inexpensive or open to barter.  We posted a
project for a Kickstarter video and got 5-6 replies within a few days, some
of whom were bidding ~$300-400.
