Bolt is a Boston based, 6-month intensive program designed to help hardware
startups grow. Bolt will soon select 10-15 early stage hardware companies
and provide them with:

   - Seed Capital - every team receives enough capital to get through the
   program
   - Tools - 24x7 access to our 4,000 sqft high-end prototyping shop (in
   addition to 4,500 sqft office space)
   - Staff - a full-time, seasoned mechanical, electrical, and industrial
   design staff devoted to helping develop your products
   - Manufacturing - our team has manufactured tens of millions of units
   and are here to ensure your first production run goes smoothly
   - Commercialization - whether you need to raise VC or would like
   introductions to retail buyers, our team and network help you every step of
   the way

Bolt is supported by a community of angel investors and mentors that are
excited about hardware. Many have built big physical product businesses,
including:

   - Mick Mountz (founder of Kiva Systems)
   - Eran Egozy (co-founder of Harmonix Music Systems)
   - Brad Feld (managing director of Foundry Group and co-founder of Tech
   Stars)
