Doocracy is great and all, but the other part of "anybody can do stuff"
is "nobody can force anyone to do stuff". Just because it's written on
the wiki doesn't mean it's "offical" or "policy" or any such thing.
In other words, be the FAQ you want to see in the world. Writing
decrees on the wiki doesn't change others' behavior.
