[Noisebridge-discuss] Neutral Pronoun "E" Version 2

You don't use "they/them" when referring a generic person in the
third-person? Like "I just took someone's seat, I hope they don't mind"?
That sounds correct to me; not sure why it doesn't work when referring to
someone specific.
