[Noisebridge-discuss] Non contact IC chip cards

Hi,

I'm an East Coast lurker with a human rights interest in non-contact IC
chip personal identification cards, their uses (in this case, surveillance)
and vulnerabilities.

Does anyone on this list have any experience with these? If so, if you are
a good explainer (and maybe if you're not) could you send me an email?
