If you're looking for a coworking space, I know of several that are
happy to host events like this.

Since you're proposing to use Noisebridge for a commercial ("venture
backed") event, and would be looking at (round numbers) $2k to rent a
space for your event if you weren't going to use our space, I hope that
you can make a significant donation to help Noisebridge keep the lights
on.
